Alamo Monthly Meeting Guide
First and foremost, we want to welcome you to our REIA and community! Our number 1 priority is to ensure you get an extraordinary amount of value by joining us and that have the greatest experience with us. We understand it can be frustrating and confusing sometimes where to go when visiting somewhere for the first time, so we created this page to help guide you through where to go and what to expect.

Upon Arrival:
CHECK-IN
Upon arrival, please check-in with our amazing volunteers at the registration table. There are 2 lines, one for guests, and one for members.
To help ensure your check-in process is quick & easy, please pre-register before you arrive
5pm Early Bird Mastermind Session
If you are able to make it, you are invited to join us at 5pm for a special mastermind session before the main meeting starts. This mastermind is a great place to bring your questions, deals you are working on, etc.
Come on in and grab some Lite Bites
Doors open at 6pm for lite bites and networking. So, after checking in, come on in and grab some lite bites and start networking, making connections and have fun!
Visit our Business Partners (Vendors) Tables
Be sure and visit each table represented with one of our Business Partners. Our Business Partners are also YOUR Business Partners. They are there to help serve you and help you grow your business.
By visiting each table, you will gain new contacts where you can start building relationships and building your team.
Additionally, sometimes we give you opportunities to win prizes. This can be done through our real estate trivia game. When we have the real estate trivia game, each Business Partner will have a question at their table. Visit each table and get the trivia question. Write your answer down on the Trivia Answer Sheet you will receive when you check-in. After you have all your answers written down, turn them in and you will have the chance to win a prize, no matter how many you have right or wrong, you can still have the opportunity to win a prize that day. Additionally, we will review all the answer sheets, and everyone who has ALL the answers correct will be entered into a drawing to win another prize!
Additional Door Prize Tickets – When we have door prizes, everyone will get ONE raffle ticket upon checking in. Each Business Partner will have raffle tickets at their tables, so for each table you visit, you can get an additional raffle ticket…..so the more tables you visit, the more chances you have to win a door prize that day!!!
Networking
We strongly believe in the power of networking, so we dedicate the first 30 minutes for you to network, start building your connections. But, don’t let it stop there. Follow up with people you meet and build relationships.

We will call for everyone to take their seats around 6:30ish. It is greatly appreciated that when we call for everyone to their seats, that you promptly end the conversation and take your seat. If you must continue the conversation, please take it in the hall…but you are going to miss some important info. We ask this in respect of others that want to listen to what is going on….
Once we call everyone to their seats, we will start the meeting.
